With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, Jim Kachelries is the proud owner of The Original Roadhouse in East Palestine, Ohio, as well as Jim's Roadhouse Burgers and Beef in North Lima. Having always aspired to own a food trailer, Jim acquired one last spring, and this will be our second year of operation. We are thrilled to be serving at Birdfish in Columbiana. Our menu will feature a BLT on grilled Texas toast, with the option to add an egg for an additional charge. We will also offer a Beef on Weck, consisting of top-round sirloin beef on a bun, topped with caraway and sea salt, and served with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. Additionally, our Philly cheese steak will be available, featuring peppers, onions, and provolone and mozzarella shredded cheese. Hi, My name is Joe White I am a Marine Corps Veteran. I have always loved to BBQ. In 2023 I was invited by an organization called Mission Zero One Hundred Hours to compete in The battle of the branches Saluting with smoke BBQ competition. That competition gave me the confidence to Start Saluting You BBQ. The first year in business we were part time doing only private events. I was invited to World Food Championships in 2024 to compete in The Battle of the Branches in which my team won.
