Mike Dunfee is a ‘one man band’, playing guitar, singing, and foot drumming a mix of rock and pop hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s; he puts his own flare on songs and commonly does “mash-ups”, blending two or more songs together. He also sprinkles in some of his original music. When he is not performing solo, you can find him fronting the alternative rock band “Moon White Sun”.

With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, Jim Kachelries is the proud owner of The Original Roadhouse in East Palestine, Ohio, as well as Jim's Roadhouse Burgers and Beef in North Lima. Having always aspired to own a food trailer, Jim acquired one last spring, and this will be our second year of operation. We are thrilled to be serving at Birdfish in Columbiana. Our menu will feature a BLT on grilled Texas toast, with the option to add an egg for an additional charge. We will also offer a Beef on Weck, consisting of top-round sirloin beef on a bun, topped with caraway and sea salt, and served with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, Jim Kachelries is the proud owner of The Original Roadhouse in East Palestine, Ohio, as well as Jim's Roadhouse Burgers and Beef in North Lima. Having always aspired to own a food trailer, Jim acquired one last spring, and this will be our second year of operation. We are thrilled to be serving at Birdfish in Columbiana. Our menu will feature a BLT on grilled Texas toast, with the option to add an egg for an additional charge. We will also offer a Beef on Weck, consisting of top-round sirloin beef on a bun, topped with caraway and sea salt, and served with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. Additionally, our Philly cheese steak will be available, featuring peppers, onions, and provolone and mozzarella shredded cheese. Our side options will include hot chips with French onion dip, onion straws with Ranchero or Ranch, and Texas flat fries.

We have a full liquor license in the taproom and we’ll be featuring a Columbus, Ohio made Vodka from High Bank Distillery. High Bank Vodka is clean and crisp with a hint of sweetness. It is distilled from organic wheat and Ohio apples.

Our bartenders will hook you up with a cup, vodka, and ice, then head to the Food Truck to get a custom made Bloody Mary mix of your liking and your toppers.
