If the team that does not call trump takes 3 tricks, 2 points are awarded
Teams will be able to use a substitute player each week if needed, but one player on the 2 member roster must be in attendance. Teams will be allowed to use one substitute team for one week only in the event they can't attend due to sickness, vacation, etc.

Local business owner, Taylor Yacovone will be setting up her Spring Pastel Color Flower Wall and Photo Booth in the front taproom from 1 to 4 p.m. The wall colors include pink, purple and white, and are perfect for a picture with Mom on Mother’s Day.
Pictures are being offered for FREE from Tay’s Flower Wall. You can receive a digital picture via text message, email and/or airdrop. If you’re happy with your pictures, donations will be accepted.

Head beekeeper, Susan Nutter, tends the hives selling nucs of bees in the spring and honey from “the girls” year round as well as creamed honey, honey with comb, honey candy, and avender sachets (made from our field of avender plants enjoyed by the bees). Susan’s 94 year old father also makes walking sticks from maple, hickory, and black walnut limbs found on the farm. He gathers, shucks and freezes wild elderberries which are available for purchase,, and gathers, cracks, and toasts black walnut meats. We also tend a 50 year old sugar bush tapping those maples as well as 100 others on the farm in the spring producing our own maple syrup. All of our products come right off our farm. Local never tasted so good!

Join certified Yoga instructor (RYT 200) Victoria Rhodes in the Ballroom every Tuesday for Namasbrew Yoga and wash your stress away with an all-levels for all bodies yoga class at the brewery. For $10 you will receive an hours worth of bliss and a beer on tap afterwards (or before we won’t judge you). BYOM (bring your own mat) and any other props that might support your flow.
Taproom doors open at 4pm. Check in with your beertender early upon arrival to sign up, purchase your spot, and sign the general fitness waiver release form. Class size is limited to 25 people and yoga begins promptly at 5:00 pm. Dealer offers player to the right to cut
Player does not need to have a bauer or trump in their hand to call up a dealer
No table talk is allowed, opposing team will be awarded 2 points
Do not endorse farmers hand, no trump, reverse no trump, ace no face, etc.
The only technique endorsed is "screw the dealer"
If a player goes alone and takes all 5 tricks, 4 points are awarded
If the team that does not call trump takes 3 tricks, 2 points are awarded
Teams will be able to use a substitute player each week if needed, but one player on the 2 member roster must be in attendance. Teams will be allowed to use one substitute team for one week only in the event they can't attend due to sickness, vacation, etc.
If a team does not show and no substitute team is available to play, the team that is present will receive points based on the overall average score for league play that day.
Revoke Rule will result in 2 points to the team it occurred against and the hand is immediately ended (4 points will be awarded it on a loner). The Revoke Rule is an occurrence where a player fails to follow suit when possible.
Semi-final and final matches in tournament will have a referee

We may not see a total solar eclipse from Columbiana, but it’s going to be close enough so we’re opening early and totally throwing a party on a Monday! Taproom opens early at Noon on Monday, April 8th with Black Hole Suds on tap!!
This small-batched stout was created with the solar eclipse in mind. Hints of chocolate and a “halo” of orange (see what we did there), is the perfect dark… but easy drinking pint… to enjoy three minutes of darkness with.

Join Dan, Founder of YourTurn Meditative Living on Wednesday, March 27th at 6pm, for an hour-long experience. We will drink a beer together as we walk through everything you need to know for self-mastery. Meditation at a Brewery? How does that work? YourTurn's approach to meditative living is all about taking our experience off the cushion. It's easier said than done, but it's simple when we know how. If learning how to be who you want to be - while experiencing the gift of life as you sip a drink - sounds good to you, come join us! No prior meditation experience necessary!

Join certified Yoga instructor (RYT 200) Victoria Rhodes in the Ballroom every Tuesday for Namasbrew Yoga and wash your stress away with an all-levels for all bodies yoga class at the brewery. For $10 you will receive an hours worth of bliss and a beer on tap afterwards (or before we won’t judge you). BYOM (bring your own mat) and any other props that might support your flow.
Taproom doors open at 4pm. Check in with your beertender early upon arrival to sign up, purchase your spot, and sign the general fitness waiver release form. Class size is limited to 25 people and yoga begins promptly at 5:00 pm. Join the Greenford Community Library for a Pop-Up Book Sale at Birdfish on Sunday, March 24th from Noon to 4 p.m. Below is a bit of history of this library and why they are now run completely by donations and volunteers:
Mission Statement
The newly reorganized Greenford Public Library Association’s current mission is to staff, stock and operate a public community library for our rural township as well as neighboring communities. Starting in July of 2023, we organized, collected and placed donations of shelving, fixtures, computers, and over 10,000 books in our library building. We opened our doors the second week of October, 2023 to offer these materials and resources free to our community members and any Ohio resident that opens a library card. We curated a calendar of programs, activities and events for children, teens, adults, seniors and home-school groups each week. Our secondary goal is to become a social hub for seniors who experienced self isolation during and after the pandemic. Senior quality of life is a high priority and we hope to offer programs similar to senior centers and encourage intergenerational interaction in a close to home, familiar atmosphere.
The library is staffed completely by volunteers and operated on personal donations and local business sponsorships. Due to laws governing libraries in the Ohio Revised Code, we are unable to receive state funding through the public library fund because we were not established prior to 1968 and we are not permitted to place a tax levy on the ballet at township level because we did not exist prior to 1942. Our hope is to have these laws amended in the future and simply receive the same funding provided to us when we were a part of the county system for the 44 previous years.
Organization’s History
The Greenford Public Library Association was created in 1977 with the intention of bringing public library materials and services to our small rural community. At the time they implemented their plan by erecting a facility from monetary donations, donations of materials, and volunteer labor. Once constructed the materials and staffing was provided through a partnership with the Mahoning County Public Library system, this arrangement continued to be fruitful for 40 years.
In 2019 the building was closed due to the pandemic and remained shuttered until 2023, after conversations with the county our township learned there was no intention of reopening our library due to its small, rural service population when compared with their other branches. Since many of the original board members were either in their 80’s or had passed we quickly formed a new board and mission. We are an officially recognized Ohio State Charity and have 501c3 Federal nonprofit status.
Our annual budget for our first year is under $10,000 and we are almost halfway to that goal from donations.

This will be an evening filled with heartwarming stories about the communities that need our help. Grab a beer and a bite to eat from Yummy Pita Food Truck and connect with friends while working together to build a 3D printed prosthetic hand. All hands built at this event will be delivered directly to people in need living in Tanzania.

Hands of Gratitude is an organization committed to cultivating gratitude and giving back. They achieve this through bringing groups together to help assemble 3D printed prosthetic hands, which are then distributed to those in need worldwide. By participating in this Hands of Gratitude, teams not only contribute to improving the lives of others but also deepen their own sense of gratitude. Through various projects and initiatives, Hands of Gratitude aims to spread compassion and make a positive impact on communities globally. Recently, Hands of Gratitude has received a list of 300 people living in Tanzania who are in need of a prosthetic hand. Hands built at this event will go directly to recipients living in Tanzania.

Folkin’ Ale Dry Irish Stout & Harvey’s Finest Irish Ale on tap and available in cans to-go. We partnered with SiliPint this year on two different 28 oz. silicone beer steins.
