Ice-O is a gourmet shaved ice stand like you’ve never seen before!

Our ice is expertly shaved into soft, fluffy snow right before we cover it in a combination of our 28 delicious flavors. We then take it completely over the top by drizzling, stuffing and covering it with a wide variety of toppings. The combinations are endless - it’s the sweet treat you never knew you needed! 

Created by a college basketball coach and his wife, the entire truck pays tribute to the sport - complete with creations named after some of the game’s greatest ‘Legends’!
