“Out to Pasture”, a phrase used for generations in the Miller family to get the kids out in the fields to pick dandelions. Now a name for our Dandelion Hefeweizen, a collaboration beer we have brewed 6 years in a row with Farmboy Cattle of Columbiana, Ohio.

Join us in the taproom on Wednesday, June 12th for the tapping and can release of this amazing seasonal beer. This 7bbl (217 gallon) batch was brewed with 25 pounds of dandelions picked by hand fresh from Farmboy Cattle fields by the “zoo crew”.

2024 Out to Pasture Dandelion Hefeweizen optional 16 oz. Silipint can style glass inclusive for $15 starting at 4 p.m. when we open the taproom doors. There are 144 Silipints available. First come, first serve. Limit 1 per person. These tin tackers are created in the heart of Youngstown at the Meridian Design Studio, a subsidiary of Reynolds Services, Inc. These full color metal posters are printed on durable and sustainable steel with variable varnish effects to create depth and dimension.

A portion of proceeds from the Dandelion Hefe beer sales, Silipint sales, and Tintype.art metal poster sales will be going to support the Columbiana County Jr. Fair Beef Club.
