With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, Jim Kachelries is the proud owner of The Original Roadhouse in East Palestine, Ohio, as well as Jim's Roadhouse Burgers and Beef in North Lima. Having always aspired to own a food trailer, Jim acquired one last spring, and this will be our second year of operation. We are thrilled to be serving at Birdfish in Columbiana. Our menu will feature a BLT on grilled Texas toast, with the option to add an egg for an additional charge. We will also offer a Beef on Weck, consisting of top-round sirloin beef on a bun, topped with caraway and sea salt, and served with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. Additionally, our Philly cheese steak will be available, featuring peppers, onions, and provolone and mozzarella shredded cheese. Our side options will include hot chips with French onion dip, onion straws with Ranchero or Ranch, and Texas flat fries.
