Hi, My name is Joe White I am a Marine Corps Veteran. I have always loved to BBQ. In 2023 I was invited by an organization called Mission Zero One Hundred Hours to compete in The battle of the branches Saluting with smoke BBQ competition. That competition gave me the confidence to Start Saluting You BBQ. The first year in business we were part time doing only private events. I was invited to World Food Championships in 2024 to compete in The Battle of the Branches in which my team won. This pushed me even more and in March of this year I had our new Trailer custom built and now doing this full time. Our menu Is inspired by my time stationed in Southern California with a BBQ twist. We strive to continue to grow and serve our customers with wonderful BBQ.
