Phew, time flies. 11 years, here we come!
Hard to believe it's been eleven years since we first opened our doors. A lot of beer has been brewed, a lot of music has been played, and a whole lot of good people have become part of the Birdfish story along the way.
November 20th–22nd, we're celebrating with three days of special beer releases, killer live music, some of our favorite food trucks, limited-edition anniversary glassware and a few surprises up our sleeves.
We've got one heck of a weekend planned, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than with the people who've made these eleven years possible.
Here's to good beer, good music, good company and keeping this whole thing rolling.

Twenty years of jams. Eleven years of Birdfish. One heck of a way to kick off the weekend.
Doors open at Noon with a NEW barrel-aged stout on tap — Come out and meet “El Cap” our 10.8% Imperial Stout aged in High Bank Distillery Ohio Bourbon Barrels for 1 year. Draft only. No growler fills. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
Grab a limited-edition 6-pack of Bird Light Lager, featuring collectible anniversary label variants! 4–9 PM ~ Roxbury Pizza firing up their wood-fired oven on the patio.
6–9 PM ~ JONES FOR REVIVAL LIVE! Making their Birdfish debut while celebrating 20 years of psychedelic jams, funky grooves and high-energy improvisation. Twenty years of making music meets eleven years of making beer. Seems like a pretty dang good reason to get together.

We're going all in on Saturday. Doors open at Noon with TWO limited-edition 11 Year Anniversary glasses. Only 144 available. Once they're gone, they're gone. Get a pour of Yo Paisano, our dry hopped Italian Pilsner in your new glass. Available in cans and on tap Saturday for the party.
12–9 PM ~ Two & A Half Greeks + Cheeze Louize serving up the goods all day.
12–2 PM ~ DJ AkA kicks things off in The Ballroom.
2:30–5 PM ~ THE YOUNGSTOWN HORNS! You'll hear them before you see them. A special brass-filled performance marching through the taproom and straight into The Ballroom.
7–9 PM ~ THE CONKLE BROTHERS LIVE ALBUM RECORDING! Columbiana's own are turning The Ballroom into a recording studio, and YOU are the studio audience. Original songs more than a decade in the making, captured live for the very first time. One night. One room. One record.

Sunday is for family, BBQ, Santa Claus, bluegrass and one more day of celebrating together.
12–7 PM ~ Smoke Worx Street Cuisine BBQ! Our homie Jon Lee has been slinging BBQ at Birdfish since the very beginning in 2015. Eleven years later, we're both still at it. Couldn't think of a better crew to help close out the weekend.
1–4 PM ~ SANTA & MRS. CLAUS are coming to Birdfish! Bring the kiddos, snap some photos and kick off the Christmas season. Birdfish has always been a family-friendly brewery, and this celebration is for the whole crew.
2–4 PM ~ RORY McCLELLAN LIVE! An afternoon of contemporary old-time flatpicking and bluegrass inspired by Tony Rice, Norman Blake and Doc Watson. Just a guitar, a voice, a few chords and the truth.
