Wimpy’s Roadside Diner is a family-owned food truck serving fresh, made-to-order smash burgers.

Wimpy’s was created by brothers Alan and Brian and named after their dad, whose childhood nickname was “Wimpy” because of his love for hamburgers.

Our menu is built around smash burgers cooked fresh on the griddle, including the Wimpy Classic, Seattle, Okie and Popper Burger, along with crispy fries, loaded fries and other rotating diner favorites.

We’re bringing a little old-school roadside diner feel wherever we park the truck, with good food, generous portions and everything cooked fresh to order.
