Our mission remains true: To bring the local community together to enjoy fresh craft beer and create unforgettable memories with the people we love and the people they love.

We opened our doors in November of 2015 on South Main Street with a 1bbl system in a small taproom with just 37 seats. Today we're in a new space, but with the same goals in mind back then... use local ingredients whenever possible, support local farmers and other local businesses, live and operate our brewery in the community we serve, & do what's right.

  • Doors open at 4PM with the long awaited return of a classic Up Top recipe, “The Peel” Citrus Wheat Ale - Available for the first time in cans!

• THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH

  • Doors open at 4PM with a NEW beer on tap: “Not Just for Pancakes” a 12% Imperial Stout aged in Maple Bourbon Barrels for 1 year. Available in a 4-pack of 12 oz. cans while supplies last.

  • Optional Glass Inclusive for the first 144 Pancakes Poured - 14 oz. Rastal Craft Master Pure with metallic gold print/art by tiltnboogie.

  • TortA’mo Mexican Style Torta Sandwich Food Truck on the patio from 5-8PM.

  • Open Jam in the Ballroom hosted by Chase Reiter, Rory McClellan, and Nick Baronzzi from 6-9PM.

  • Doors open at Noon with a “Blue Your Mind” a NEW BA Golden Sour aged on 40 pounds of blueberries - draft only, taproom exclusive sour.

  • Optional Glass Inclusive for the first 144 Poured - 11.75 oz. Tall Stemmed Edel Sour Glass with special full color anniversary art/print by RAT Creative.

  • Roxbury Pizza on the patio serving from 4-9PM.

  • Boozin’ & Groovin’ Analog Night with Cristian Labra - he’ll be spinnin’ vinyl in the Ballroom from 7-9PM.

• SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH

  • Doors open at 11:59AM with an optional 17 oz. Arc Nordic Cooler glass inclusive. There are only 144 of these glasses available so choose your beer wisely! This Ohayo (“Good Morning” in Japanese) Birdfish art/print glass is inclusive with any 16 oz. beer on tap made with locally grown Yarian Quality Malts… which happens to be most beers on tap!

  • Funkadelik Sour IPA release in cans only for the first time - Limit One 4-Pack Per Person

  • Smoke Worx Street Cuisine setup all day! We share an anniversary with our homie Jon Lee who has been setting up at our brewery since 2015. He has dialed in the bbq art over the past 7 years and next year will be opening a brick and mortar spot here in Columbiana. We are happy and excited for Jon Lee & Courney DePillo to take this next BIG step.

  • Freight Street live music in the Ballroom from 2-5PM.

  • Rolling Boxcar International live music in the Ballroom from 6-9PM.

  • Doors open at Noon with Too Hip To Sip on tap and an optional 20 oz. Libbey Tall Boy Can Glass inclusive.

  • Welcoming a NEW Local Food Truck to the line-up, De-lisha’s! Family owned and operated bringing fresh local food and sharing secret family recipes. Rotating brunch, lunch and dinner menus along with their from scratch homemade cookies and brownies. Come out and show them some love!
