Our mission remains true: To bring the local community together to enjoy fresh craft beer and create unforgettable memories with the people we love and the people they love.

We opened our doors in November of 2015 on South Main Street with a 1bbl system in a small taproom with just 37 seats. Today we're in a new space, but with the same goals in mind back then... use local ingredients whenever possible, support local farmers and other local businesses, live and operate our brewery in the community we serve, & do what's right.

• FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND

  • Doors open at Noon with a new Bourbon Barrel Aged Ale on tap. We aged this 9% beer in a Elijah Craig Single Bourbon Barrel that was hand selected by the Steel Valley Bourbon Association.

  • Optional 10 oz. Arc Nordic OTR Cardinal rocks glass inclusive with the first 144 poured. This glass is printed in metallic platinum with our OG Birdfish logo art variation by tiltnboogie & SVBA Logo on the reverse side. $10 for glass w/beer. Limit 1 per person.

  • Frytanic Food Truck all day on the patio serving gourmet fries from Noon to 9pm.

  • Boozin’ & Groovin’ // Analog Night — tiltnboogie will be on the turntables spinning vinyl from 7 to 9pm in the Ballroom.

• SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23RD

  • Doors open at Noon with the long awaited return Grossvater, our classic 1912 German-Style Pilsner on tap and available in cans to-go.

  • Optional 12 oz. Grosssvater Schooner glass inclusive for the first 144 pilsners poured. This classic stemmed glass is printed in reflective bright gold precious metal. $10 for glass w/beer. Limit 1 per person.

  • Holmes Style Q & Sauceeino on the patio all day serving from Noon to 9pm.

  • Live music all day in the Ballroom from The Tribbys from 2 to 5pm followed by Rolling Boxcar International from 6 to 9pm.

• SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24TH

  • Doors open at Noon with an Optional 1/2 Liter Rastal Classic Tankard Mug inclusive with any beer on tap brewed with Yarian Quality Malts… which is just about all the beers we have on tap! $15 for glass w/beer. Limit 1 per person.

  • Our partnership with Yarian Quality Malts is strong and going on 7 years. We use roughly 60,000 pounds of Sammy “Magic Malt” Yarian’s malted barley annually in our beer, all grown less than 4 miles from our brewery in New Waterford, Ohio. We’re proud to say our beer is brewed with quality ingredients grown in Columbiana County.

  • Welcoming Angela Perley & Band from Columbus, Ohio for live music in the Ballroom from 2 to 5pm — Angela Perley makes music for roadtrips across the American heartland. Rooted in cosmic alt-country, roadhouse rock & roll, witchy-woman psychedelia, and amplified Americana, it's a vintage sound for the modern world.

  • Smoke Worx Street Cuisine setup all day on the patio! We share an anniversary with our homie Jon Lee who has been setting up at our brewery since 2015. He has dialed in the bbq art over the past 8 years and opened up a brick and mortar spot here in Columbiana at Firestone Farms.
