Brent Bregar has been playing music at Birdfish since the Up Top location opened, hosted open mic's, singer songwriter events, played with many different bands and been involved in the local music scene since Columbiana became cool. When asked by his wife what he wanted for his 50th birthday he said "All I want to do is play music with my friends!" So thanks to his understanding wife and pals at Birdfish he got his wish, November 29th is Brent's 50th birthday. Brent will be playing his favorite songs and inviting his musical friends from the last 30 years to join him. Brent's current projects are guitarist and a vocalist for the Pure Gold country band and lead guitar and vocalist for Hombre Pistolas, an original rock band. He has also played supporting roles with local groups on Pedal Steel Guitar including a Wilco tribute show October 30th at Westside Bowl. Come hang out, hear some fun tunes and celebrate the end to a long Thanksgiving weekend.
