5th Annual St. Jude Preschool Fundraiser | 1st EVER Geography Bee(r)

Join us in the Ballroom on Thursday, July 18th for the 1st of its kind Geography Bee(r). In 2020 we began fundraising to help St. Jude Preschool open their doors, and the last four years it has helped them fund their expansion and grow their program and expand Montessori for the children of Columbiana, so this year we’re continuing the fun and fundraising for this awesome local preschool. You all know Amanda Robb.. She is the dog lovin’ beer-tender here at Birdfish and also the Administrator/Teacher for St. Jude Preschool. She has a passion for education and has brought a true Montessori experience to Columbiana. 

This year instead of spelling we are going to test your geography and beer knowledge with a fun two tiered bee. Everyone is welcome to come and sign up to test your skills in a Kahoot quiz for the first rounds. Then the top 10 participants will test their knowledge and shenanigans in a final stage round. 

This year we are giving away $200 in Birdfish gift cards. Prizes go to top 5 places - 1st: $100, 2nd: $50, 3rd: $25, 4th: $15, 5th: $10. Geography Bee(r) registration cost is $10 per person with 100% going to the preschool. Pre-register at https://www.birdfishbrew.com/tickets/geography-beer to guarantee your spot in the competition. The Bee begins at 6 PM sharp! You can also sign-up in person the day of even between 4 & 6PM. If you register and cannot make it to the event your donation is much appreciated. 

Come early to purchase a RAT Creative Geography Bee(r) tee shirt, which will only be available the day of the event and in limited supply. $7 of every tee shirt purchased will go to the Preschool! $1 per beer poured will go towards St. Jude Preschool and Outdoor Environment.
