Local Beer | Local Hops | Local Music

Join us in the taproom on Saturday, August 24th for a special collaboration beer release with Rolling Boxcar International. We brewed a beer inspired by their song, “Bible & A Six Pack” using locally grown Alleigh Hops grown in Wadsworth, Ohio by Sonny Acres Hop Farm. We’re tapping this West Coast Pale Ale with the band and hop farmers at 3 p.m. with live music to follow from 3:30 to 6 p.m.

Rolling Boxcar International (RBI) aims to make interesting, sincere, and truthful music, music that has been described as “thought provoking” and “like the ocean.” Their songs have been featured multiple times on The Summit’s Local Artist Spotlight. Tony Nigro, Angelo LaMarca, Michael Estok, and Richard Blair are multi-instrumentalists and family men proudly hailing from Youngstown, OH.
