Our flagship beer, yes a Hazy IPA made with locally grown Yarian Quality Malts since 2016. We’re tapping a fresh keg at Noon on Friday with an optional double walled stainless steel pint inclusive for the first 100 poured - $15 gets you a tasty pour in a gnarly black stainless pint with OG Too Hip art. We’re releasing a limited edition Too Hip Day 2024 labeled 6-pack in 12 ounce cans, only 20 cases available.

We're pumped to have The Gentlemen Tattoos for Too Hip To Sip Day 2024. They'll be set up in the Ballroom from 4-10pm with an assortment of Birdfish logo art, Too Hip To Sip designs, and other general beer focused tattoos ready to go. To get signed up for a tattoo show up on 2/2 as early as 4pm and sign in and they’ll call you when it’s your turn.

Join Mahoning Valley Karaoke League "Legend" Roach in the front taproom from 5-7 p.m.. Roach has been "bringing the heat" for many years in area bars, restaurants, and Hot Stove Youth Baseball League end of season fundraisers. Enjoy it while you can: Roach has been known to scurry away when light shines on him or when you smack him dead with your shoe heel. Let's sing some songs!

Jason Vaughn, local artist and owner/operator of Hex Letterpress will be set up on our 1890’s Chandler & Price treadle-operated (foot pedal) press cranking out some one-of-a-kind Too Hip prints for you to take home. Jason helped us design our first can label, Too Hip To Sip and our BIRDFISH type used in our main brewery logo back in 2017 using antique carved wood letterpress type from the 1930’s. 

Too Hip To Sip can label signs from RSI on special. RAT Creative is dropping special Too Hip To Sip merchandise - first come, first serve. Jeff “Too Hip To Sip” Taylor, the godfather of hops and the person who named this beer back in 2016 is going to be spinning vinyl in the Ballroom from 6-8pm followed by MC Shortsleeves from 8-10pm. Come out and do a little boozin’ & groovin’, have some fun, and enjoy a Too Hip To Sip.
