Welcome to the inaugural Winter Wine & Jazz Fest at Birdfish! An estate, vintage, and luxury wine festival featuring Seasons of Swing Jazz Band happening Saturday, January 31st from Noon to 4pm in The Ballroom.

Get ready for an experience that will linger long after the last sip! We’ve spent countless hours curating an estate, vintage, and luxury wine lineup worthy of its own celebration. For our inaugural Winter Wine & Jazz Fest, we’re transforming the Ballroom into an open tasting hall where you can wander, sample, and discover rare bottles and exceptional pours. Enjoy the warm, timeless sound of Seasons of Swing Jazz Band as they bring classic elegance and toe-tapping charm to the afternoon. Join us for a celebration of fine wine, great music, and good company—whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or just here for a beautiful time.

This is a ticketed event limited to 125 people. There are two ticket levels, a VIP session and General session. VIP access to the event begins at Noon, while General access to the event begins at 1PM. The event will continue through 4PM and will take place in the Ballroom. Pre-sale cost per person for the VIP session with early access is $45. Pre-sale cost per person for General session is $35. Companions, spouses, or significant others are welcome to join at no cost, but only those with tickets will receive pours to taste. Included with your ticket is a Birdfish Script + Simple Circle Logo Rastal 34.7 cl Harmony 35 Wine Glass and 10 tickets to sample the 60+ wines available at the event in 2 oz. pours. “Seasons of Swing” is a trio that digs deep into the roots of popular music in America. Drawing from both the great jazz and pop music writers of the first half of the 20th century; “Seasons of Swing” is dedicated to bringing these legendary songs back into the limelight.

We’re excited to welcome two awesome vendors and a great food truck for this event:

DUE SORELLE - Established in 2023 to import high-quality Italian dry goods direct from Italy to your doorstep. We will be sampling pasta with our white balsamic and olive oil on it as a dressing with kits available to purchase. In addition, we will be sampling in conjunction with Canton Importing Co. whipped feta on a Crostini with extra-virgin olive oil. CANTON IMPORTING - We are a 60+ year old Greek, Italian, and Middle Eastern grocery and gift store located in—you guessed it—Canton, Ohio. A Movable Feast Food Truck will be setup all day serving from 12-9PM. Pair up a fine red or white wine with their special event menu. Chef Shawn Sweeney will be collaborating on some menu items with both Due Sorelle and Canton Importing.
